Meet the Founder
IKS Business Solutions was founded by Iryna Kravchuk, a business operations consultant dedicated to helping companies build strong, compliant, and efficient organizational systems.
Iryna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Certificate in Business Consulting, combining legal understanding with practical business strategy. Throughout her career, she has worked with over 100 businesses and supported organizations managing more than 100 employees, helping them implement payroll systems, HR policies, and operational structures.
With a background in Law and Business Consulting, Iryna has developed a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, employment compliance, and business governance. This legal foundation allows her to help businesses navigate HR regulations, payroll compliance requirements, and operational policies with confidence.
Originally from Ukraine, Iryna immigrated to the United States at the age of nine. Her early experiences shaped a strong work ethic and determination that continue to guide her professional work. She began working at the age of fifteen, gaining valuable insight into business operations and administrative management.
Her consulting approach focuses on practical solutions, compliance, and operational efficiency, helping businesses build the systems they need to grow with confidence.
